By RYAN KARP, T-R Staff Writer

Plans for construction of the Tuscarawas Regional Technology Park at New Philadelphia hit a snag in the bidding phase Tuesday.

New Philadelphia Mayor Ronald Brodzinski said only two bids for construction of the infrastructure and roadways of the park were submitted and both were much higher than expected.

They are looking for 600 jobs on 100 developed acres?  Good Lawd! That's some uber-low density development there.

And 600 jobs on 28 lots.  That would be 21 employees per 4 acre lot!

Perhaps they are just aiming low so they don't get disappointed.
