Tim has been active in residential and commercial real-estate development in the Cleveland area for more than 15 years and brings with him a wealth of experience and contacts. February 5, 201411 yr The info below says "NW Corner" but it's really a little off the corner along Holyoke, as the city owns the land on the NW corner of Crayton and 51st. Perk has owned 0.39 acres here since 2000. However, south of Crayton, Perk (through its CAJ Properties Inc) has owned a 9.32-acre property since 1999.
