Did you know that most of these can be free to cities? Manufacturers make their money from ad revenues.

I personally really like the design of the bus shelters in the first and second image. The remaining designs, while sleek and modern, are, IMHO, uninspired and sterile. The walkway cover is very cool, though.

Renderings are always sterile. I'm just glad people are generating that kind of creativity. In a lot of these, I'm not admiring the design but also its functionality. The idea that a news-stand or vending machine can be integrated into a bus shelter to generate revenue is fantastic.

I like them.  They need to be simple to avoid sidewalks looking cluttered.  I like how they've merged newstands with clocks and bus shelters.  Hopefully they withstand the elements.  The JCDecaux stuff has held up incredibly well despite the beating they take from our harsh winters and vandalism.
