It's just sad to see a town that was probably kicking butt back in the day fall on such hard times. I have to say that "downtown" Mingo Junction and most of the residential areas don't appeal to me. Mind you I haven't done an exhaustive tour but what I saw was a sad, rundown small town along the Ohio River.
