although this would not be for me I figured I'd pose the question on here anyway.  A small company called "Cleveland Fitness Boot Camp" which has workout studios in Beachwood, Brecksville, and Westlake is looking for a downtown location because of increased demand (I may have something to do with that).  Anyway they are actively seeking places to lease with:

 

- parking

- 1500-2500 sf of space (my estimate)

- open space in which they can have a lot of flexibility with their equipment (along the lines of dumbells, ship ropes, bands, etc).

 

Again, I don't know specifically what they are looking for (price, size) but judging by their other spaces they won't want to break the bank (their studio in Beachwood is on Mercantile Rd in a small office building for an example).  I don't think they need to be in the middle of downtown as they mentioned they are temporarily going to hold classes in the Nursing Volunteer building on East 22nd (right by I-77).

 

Being that I live in Stonebridge I suggested that they try to contact the owner of the building on the corner of Detroit & West 25th.  The building has been empty for 2 years at least and has parking beside it (building across from the italian restaurant Massimos or something like that).  It would also be great to see some life on that corner of the street (other than the bus stop).

 

I have no idea what they have checked out thus far but I will pass along any suggestions.
