Posted November 11, 201014 yr I did a search for this, but it doesn't look like anyone mentioned it. NPR's Talk of the Nation broadcast from Cleveland yesterday. Among other topics, like Harvey Pekar, politics and manufacturing, they did an interesting piece about reimagining the city in it's new, smaller population density. Someone named Jeff wrote in to compliment the downtown architecture, it sounded like a UOer. You can listen to it here: http://www.npr.org/templates/rundowns/rundown.php?prgId=5&prgDate=11-10-2010
November 11, 201014 yr This was already posted in the Healthline thread, but NPR's "Marketplace" program also featured the Healthline in a segment on Bus Rapid Transit systems on Monday. Very positive stuff! With these segments, and the George Gund Foundation underwriting announcements that always make me smile, Greater Cleveland's been getting some great attention from NPR lately. http://marketplace.publicradio.org/display/web/2010/11/09/pm-rapid-bus-transit-a-cheaper-alternative-to-rail
