Posted November 30, 201014 yr So I thought that possibly some of you would like to share your pictures of Ohio with people from all over the world. I thought that we could help show people how beautiful Ohio actually is and what it has to offer. I decided to create a photo blog that everybody can contribute to. You have the option to submit your pictures that will then be posted on the blog with credits to you as well as a link to UrbanOhio. If you dont feel like doing that you can also just post the picture on this thread and I will do the work for you. Again feel free to join in and show the world Ohio. Here is the link to the page. If you do feel like posting a picture on this thread, please leave a description of what is in the picture. Thanks http://urbanohio.tumblr.com/

December 3, 201014 yr (Picture was here) This is from the annual holiday toy train display in downtown Cincinnati, last year. It's in the lobby of the Duke Energy building, which is a cool place in and of itself. Don't you love that little boy's face? :-) (The only thing missing from the photo is a train...oops.)

December 3, 201014 yr When is that model train show? Annually? My son would love that! Our really big expo only comes around once evry five years or so Yeah, it's going on right now. It's seriously cool. I remember my dad bringing me down there as a kid and loving it. Last year (probably this year too) they had a camera on one of the trains, and a TV on one of the walls in the lobby showing the video from the train. The coolest thing about it was how, since the models are so detailed, it looked like the train was going through a real town. Save for the gigantic people standing by, who you could also see. So the other cool thing was that kids could watch the monitor while other members of the family waved at the train cam as it went by. The lobby itself is pretty sweet, including a couple relief murals on the walls depicting the city and the river. September 25, 201113 yr Wow this is old! Haha. And yeah people didn't want to participate so I ended up deleting I believe. And yeah it should be taken down due to these circumstances. Wish it would have taken off! Would have promoted both our cities and state as well as UrbanOhio.com. Oh well
