The good thing with small towns though is something like that will never be allowed to happen by the locals.
December 23, 201014 yr That is good.... But the other problems with small towns, or big cities.... is that they don't care as long as it is dumped on someone..or in someplace else! Ie: New York garbage to Ohio.
