I will be moving back to Cincinnati for school this spring, graduating in December next year. I do not want to sign a full year lease on an apartment and I am sick of subletting.

 

What's the best way to go about looking for a 9 month lease? and does anyone have any contacts that might be able to provide me with this?

 

I am a UC student so the Clifton area is obviously of interest, but I am absolutely willing to live slightly off the beaten path if need be to make this 9mo lease happen. I would consider areas surrounding UC that are easily drivable and/or have good Metro bus access.

 

Any/all tips and suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Uptown Rentals do 10 month leases (September thru June, covers the UC school year) around he UC campus.  Prices are a bit steeper than you would pay finding a place on Craigslist or sharing with roommates, however.
