Made it back in time for the main event(s), the baseball game between Tigers and Indians @ Progressive Field...

Quicken Loans Arena, home of the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers

Progressive Field, home of the Cleveland Indians of the MLB

127171674.jpg

Quicken Loans again, BTW, many call it the "Q" Arena for short...

Made it to my seat... the Tigers practising in front of me...

127171689.jpg

There were A LOT of Tigers fans in my section and a lot of them walking around downtown and staying in my hotel and at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, almost like a second home to the Tigers fan base, :D

Indians scored two runs in the bottom of the 2nd to lead, 2-1, then the next inning Detroit got another run to tie the game at 2.

127172042.jpg

But Scherzer's time was limited after what happened next

To make it 8-2, ouch...

127172055.jpg

127172060.jpg

127172062.jpg

Needless to say, the Tigers didn't have it so good in Cleveland... apparently the Indians have tasted more success against the Tigers than any other team in the MLB at home...

127172064.jpg

127172228.jpg

All the Indians faithful cheering in the top of 9th, knowing their team will likely succeed...

127172229.jpg

... and they did. Indians won, 8-2.

Great stuff.  I haven't been to Little Italy in a long time.  It's good to see the building Mia Bella is in all fixed up.

How do you spell Little Italy?

a.u.t.h.e.n.t.i.c.

Little Italy is always on my itinerary when making trips to Cleveland.  Thanks for sharing!
