Any ideas of apartments or condos (to lease) in cincinnati?  Something within 2 miles of downtown, that has a parking space, washer and dryer included, 2 bedrooms, balcony, diswasher, AC, etc.  I would like a younger professional neighborhood, and something fairly luxurious?  Meaning things like hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances would be nice, but none of those are really requirements.  I would like secured access as well and other amenities would be nice (pool, gym, theater, etc.).  I would like to pay maybe 1700 at the very most for a 2 bedroom.  Anything fit this that is within 2 miles of downtown?

Try Mt. Adams. Historic, quaint, yuppie hood.

For big building amenities, try actually looking in downtown. The Banks might even work.

You can get that downtown. Try towneproperties.com and look at the Shillito Apartments or Gramercy Apartments. These apts have all the amenities you just listed.
