Nice building stock.  It reminds me more of East Liverpool than Steubenville.

I liked Portsmouth when I visited, and these pictures look fantastic.  Unfortunately I keep reading articles nearly daily about the prescription drug problem they've got down there.  It's really unfortunate.

 

Nevertheless, it looks like a great little city.
