What a great building stock and density.  Quite the contrast to Cleveland, Tennesse (which has double the population).

Was just there today. The population, whichbhas shrank since topping at near 40,000 in ~1960, is down to ~22,000 today and has stabilised. Tourism is becoming a hugendraw for one of the poorest counties in the US - due to literally every major industrial employer leaving the city or having been closed by the 1980s.

Great city and great pics!

Beautiful town.

I love the way the city kind of pops up in the hills on the Interstate.  Nice buildings, but the area needs some jobs to bring downtown back to life.

Great city to visit with lots of fun roads around. Taking I-68 through town is an easy way to experience 1940s highway design.
