Notice the streetcar track and the shadows. It's entirely possible that this has since been demolished.  I'm told it's somewhere in Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati:

By the size of the buildings, this could also be in West End. With the double track streetcar tracks, it could be on any number of streets.
