I'm looking for very detailed racial demographic data for Cincinnati specifically.  I've heard that census tracts mirror voting precincts in cities.  Is census data available to the public on the tract-level?

I found this, it's pretty detailed and has lots of different categories based on census data:

I think the NY Times has a detailed interactive map which is posted in one of the census threads.
