I will be making another thread for my urban exploring pictures and any other shots outside of downtown.

Nice, I haven't seen a lot pics of Buffalo that look this nice.

Great photos. I am looking forward to seeing the city at the upcoming National Historic Preservation Conference.

Buffalo is half-Milwaukee, half-Detroit, but shrunken.  It's a city I root for.

I'm still waiting for Ohio City, part 2...Gary, Indiana, part 2...

Nice shots though.

Loved these photos--even though I've never been to Buffalo, I would certainly wish to experience its unique architecture and downtown.  One thing troubles me, however, about the photos (and my naivete here may be evident)--but where IS the street life?  Perhaps the photos were all taken on a Sunday morning, etc., but the city seems almost deserted.  What gives?

I lived there on weekdays for last 9 months and it is a 8-5 downtown. The people either go to the suburbs or north on Elmwood.  I often walked around downtown and not see another person after 8pm.

Nicely done, ZachariahDaMan! Hope you enjoyed my second-favorite city near my hometown!

Such a contrast to pre-major sprawl....say go back to the 20's or 30's and the same scenes past 8:00 PM--I'll bet--would have likely looked very active.
