Left them hanging [thornwood] thornwood [housing stock not that bad except the 2 houses above, this street reminded me a lot of old brooklyn quick pit stop in east cleveland, on forbes drive, at pattison park, new steps are being installed. now back to our featured presentation in cleveland... :-P e. 123rd and wade park As I progressed west on Ashbury Ave, Gentrification is beginning (spillover from CWRU?) (is this the magnolia-wade park historic district ?) West of E.118th, the biggest residential gentrification that I'm currently seeing in cleveland; numerous homes in this area (south of Orville), were being renovated... the busiest part was the south side of Ashbury, at least 4-5 rehabs were going on as I passed ! :-o These houses were great candidates, they're quite large, and similar to frat houses. A before... (also right next to a recently renovated apt. building - named university view - on the corner of 115th and ashbury) recent one on the left: a good candidate on Lee road (not that lee) housing stock's quality increased on e. 106, 107, 108.. on including these: shame this didn't turn out well . that concludes the tour =) thanks for looking

September 23, 201113 yr Again, some of the finest quality materials ever to have gone into..or ever will go into homes. If new stock had to stand the tests of abuse some of these have, they would not be standing at all. Somehow, someway...someday, my ship comes in and I swear I will buy an entire block of these homes, renovate them with new greener features... and create an eco-village...then target market worldwide to those who share in the vision.
