October 12, 201113 yr Thanks, Nexis, for an extensive look at one dynamic city! Must be great to have a job in one of those office towers, but isn't living in one of the high-rises terribly expensive (considering their upper-level views on the Hudson side)? Talk about urban density--if you don't like people, you needn't move here!

Talk about urban density--if you don't like people, you needn't move here! Well Rent for the lower levels of those high rises 1500$ , then the top rentals can cost as high as 4500$ a month. But an Uptown or Upcliff Apartment in Jersey City starts at 900$-1200$ a month.

October 16, 201113 yr I'd have no issue accepting a NJ address if I were to live in the area. I'd just have to pick between Jersey City or Hoboken.
