November 14, 201113 yr Nice! NorthAndre stamp of approval. Very famous building in Chicago....architecturally, as well as the people who stayed here.
November 14, 201113 yr Awesome! I think the thing I appreciate the most about Chicago is how it can just accomplish things on such a greater scale than anywhere else in the Midwest, and probably America outside of NYC. For example, the fact that the neighborhood in pictures 13-16 didn't even exist 15 years ago is really incredible. It's not just huge private development high rise construction, either. The infrastructural improvements and construction of the park effectively created an entire new neighborhood in Downtown Chicgo. Thanks for the pics, Colday!
November 14, 201113 yr Awesome pics, ColDayMan! I'm looking forward to Chicago when I visit in late February 2012!
November 14, 201113 yr You didn't call me for our Chicago reunion? :'( Look at the Pope, still skinny as hell! Somebody give that child some grits!
November 14, 201113 yr Something strange happening to me, ColDayMan--something I don't understand... The more I see of Chicago, the more I'm forgetting all other Midwestern cities--NOW WHY IS THAT??
November 14, 201113 yr Great shots! And the Pope looks different from when I last saw him in Cleveland, a few years back. Something strange happening to me, ColDayMan--something I don't understand... The more I see of Chicago, the more I'm forgetting all other Midwestern cities--NOW WHY IS THAT?? You need to stop looking at photos of Chicago, lest you suffer alienation of your affection for Cincinnati! Chicago photos are urban porn, and they're addictive; next thing, you'll be packing up and moving there.
