December 15, 201113 yr I'm trying to figure out if 1 WTC has been "topped off." It's kind of nice to see it from the same perspective down 6th Ave. or W. Broadway, like to Twin Towers could once be viewed, but obviously eerie at the same time. http://www.mainstreetpainesville.org/

Broadway, like to Twin Towers could once be viewed, but obviously eerie at the same time. They have another 15-20 floors and then the Antenna which would bring it above the Empire State Building.. There starting to really pick up on the site , i'm guess the public pressure is getting to them. Tolls and fares are paying for this site reconstruction which is now costing between 10-15 Billion....

December 16, 201113 yr the wtc is supposed to be topped off early 2012. construction seems to be on track now -- as it has for awhile, given a few blips.
