why rough? i only see two unused buildings, the rest looks occupied.

 

anyway nice looking town and the courthouse is a beauty.

In the last image, that building is being restored after a decade+ of abandonment.

 

  In photo 12 I spotted a balcony over the sidewalk pattern. For some reason I am becoming interested in those.  :?
