March 5, 201213 yr I think it's WT Grant Lofts. There's a small alley which next to the building which I believe is East 2nd.

March 7, 201213 yr Wow, thanks for the pictures. Hard to believe that so many of those beautiful buildings were left underutilized until so recently. Hopefully the shortage of apartments downtown indicates sufficient demand to support more conversion projects.
