John Schneider joined us to talk about the Fort Washington Way rebuild. Very interesting to hear the full history of the project, some other alternate ideas that were proposed but rejected early on in the redesign.

Jake Mecklenborg tell us about his experiences driving for Uber.

Bob and Erin Marie Schwartz (a.k.a. 5chw4r7z) join John and I to talk about Portland, Seattle, Vancouver, and what Cincinnati should/should not take away from those cities.

UrbanCincy has been partnering with Cincy Stories to share some interesting personal stories on the podcast. If you have the opportunity to check out Cincy Stories in person, please do so. Their next event is July 7 at MOTR. Otherwise you can listen to the recordings of Ryan Messer, Molly Wellmann, Allen Woods, Joe Boyd, and Kathryne Gardette, and others on the podcast.

On other recent podcasts, we've talked to Kathy Holwadel of Cincyopolis, presented a panel discussion on buying and rehabbing homes in OTR, and another on the future of Burnet Woods.

The podcast is back with a new episode where we discuss the demolition of the Pogue's Garage, construction of the Eighth & Sycamore and Fourth & Race apartment towers, the upcoming Hamilton County property revaluations, Uptown development, and more.

I glued those panels on pretty good. The flipper probably couldn't figure out how to get them off without damaging the brick.
