January 25, 200619 yr Let's improve the value of a high school education. Wow.... once again, reaching for the low-hanging fruit. Of course.... who doesn't want to imporve education? But where's the bold vision on this and other issues? Nowhere. This is so typical of this adminsitration and the current General Assembly (who thumbed their noses at the Ohio Suprme Court on education funding). Bland ideas from the poster child for dull.
