June 11, 201213 yr Ive always wanted someone to do a photo thread of this. I was going to, but never got around to it, so thanks! Also it looks nice at night. They have lights on all the trees year round.
June 13, 201213 yr Ive always wanted someone to do a photo thread of this. I was going to, but never got around to it, so thanks! I did one in 2004. I don't know what happened to the thread. Actually, I don't even know if I have the pictures anymore. Ink's thread covers the downtown commercial strip better, but I did also take some pics of some of the surrounding housing.
June 13, 201213 yr Looks like a solid, prosperous downtown It's a suburb, so it benefits from having McMansions surrounding it, although there is a decent sized older neighborhood in between.
June 13, 201213 yr My aunt used to live in one of those buildings and I remember walking up stairs in that three story building on the left side of this picture. There was a large ballroom that took up the whole floor if I remember correctly. Looked as if it hasn't been used in years. It was a very cool place. I think it is still empty today, and I think the door is always unlocked, so its not that hard to check it out.
