August 23, 201212 yr Smaller than Pierre in population (Pierre is the second smallest capital population-wise), but it appears to have a much more significant downtown. Great photos. I love the building in the second photo...a hotel?
August 23, 201212 yr Beautiful. In 2000 early on a foggy morning I passed through there en route from Burlington to destinations in New Hampshire. Ever since, I've regretted that I didn't slip another day into my itinerary in order to spend some time there and in other small towns along the way.
