Nah, organic neural networks are still very different than electronic ones. They have a completely different way of storing and manipulating information. Even more importantly though I think is the fact that electronic computing still has a surprising amount of room to grow; Intel has some extremely fast chip technology in development and they are getting much better at building quantum processors. I do not think it's far-fetched to anticipate that we will be able to fully simulate a human brain in a traditional or quantum computer before we understand enough about a real organic brain to integrate it into a machine.

September 19, 20159 yr 'One of the largest human experiments in history' was conducted on unsuspecting residents of San Francisco Kevin Loria ... Over the next 20 years, the military would conduct 239 "germ-warfare" tests over populated areas, according to news reports from the 1970s (after the secret tests had been revealed) in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Associated Press, and other publications (via Lexis-Nexis), and also detailed in congressional testimony from the 1970s. These tests included the large-scale releases of bacteria in the New York City subway system, on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and in National Airport just outside Washington, DC. In a 1994 congressional testimony, Cole said that none of this had been revealed to the public until a 1976 newspaper story revealed the story of a few of the first experiments — though at least a Senate subcommittee had heard testimony about experiments in New York City in 1975, according to a 1995 Newsday report. http://www.businessinsider.com/the-military-tested-bacterial-weapons-in-san-francisco-2015-7
November 19, 20159 yr Last line breached? Deadly gene resisting all forms of antibiotics found in China Published time: 19 Nov, 2015 12:07 Scientists have identified the first gene helping bacteria resist the only antibiotic group known to be effective when all others fail. Chinese and British experts came to the alarming conclusion that our last line of antibiotic defense has been breached. The conclusion follows a large body of prior research that warns humanity about the dangers of becoming completely resistant to antibiotics. Now, Chinese doctors cooperating with UK specialists from Bristol and Cardiff Universities say we could soon be looking at the spread of uncontrollable superbugs. In the research published in the journal Lancet Infectious Diseases, the researchers predict a return to the Dark Ages, when even common germs like E. Coli put a person in mortal danger. Solow’s quip was retired, and the dawn of a new era was pronounced. Curiously, that productivity acceleration was a time of low unemployment and rising real wages — unlike the present, when unemployment is low but wage growth sucks.

The government has also confirmed there is "no evidence to suggest that 5G has anything to do with Covid-19".
