Have never heard of them. It looks like they offer two books and a set of maps for sale.

Sadly only two of the old iron bridges listed remain in Hamilton County, the Roebling Bridge and a bridge in Indian Hill that I am not familiar with.  Of the two that I really loved in Colerain township, crossing the Great Miami, one is gone, and the other will be removed this summer. :(

Anyone have a photo of the Roebling Suspension bridge that I could post on my site?

Yes I've heard of it, I'm its webmaster! Actually OHBA has been around for awhilte and is fairly well known among "bridgers". I've just taken over their website.

Here are a couple of other sites about Ohio bridges:

And here I was yesterday getting ready to e-mail you a link to the site and you're working on it.

BTW, have you checked out the condition of that Porter Twp bridge you e-mailed me about?

Sandor!

You're here. I didn't recognize your username!

I haven't visited the Culver Ck bridge yet but now I know exactly where it is! Probably go this week. I shouldn't wait too long knowing Delaware County's love of the historic!

I like to use side views that show a lot of the bridge structure ( daylight would be better). Its more for documentation than artistic presentation. But everyone likes a well composed picture (I like your sig although it would not be the best for this use).

Exactly.

As compared to Morrow County which can't afford to upgrade many of their 80 year old bridges (untill they colapse underneith a heavy load)
