Here at TW we've gone after people for less.  Sex & The City, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and Snake on a Plane, This old House & Superman(anything DC related will put you in the hot seat) to name a few....

MTS, That was my sarcastic way of agreeing with mayday. Its not like we here on UO have never found our material being used by anyone else.

To be fair - it's not just KPF, the same can be said for almost every Cleveland-based firm that I've approached (one firm was taken aback that I was even asking for information). However, Gehry Partners (along with Peter B. Lewis and his spokesperson), Cesar Pelli and RTKL have all been incredibly helpful and responsive.
