One of my coworkers just filled me in. He said it was so they could get the diving board in the building- they lowered it down from the roof and into the newly cut window hah! He has a point-when the building was built, boards were much larger because they were wooden and didn't have the composite spring we're now familiar with and were double if not triple the size, which totally and bizarrely makes sense...
September 9, 20204 yr Does anyone know how leasing is going at the Athlon? I feel like this has gotten overshadowed by The Lumen.
November 5, 20213 yr Just walked past tonight and the western-most portion of the retail space is being framed out for interior walls. My hovercraft is full of eels

Just for fun I saw this and looked at their site and it shows 14/163 being available for lease. So they are at 91.4% according to my unofficial look. So there is the answer to you question 14 months later haha.
November 6, 20213 yr ^ the retail space is being framed out for Hydration Spark: an IV Hydration therapy center. Supposedly these places are very popular. https://www.hydrationspark.com/ My friend recently toured CAC and was told the occupancy rate is even higher… like 98%
