February 6, 201312 yr Nice pics and video... Lately I've had quite an itch to get back to the NYC area. Despite all the time I've spent in/around NYC, I've never ridden the Newark Subway. At first glance I thought the photo at the top of the page was an IND subway station in New York.

At first glance I thought the photo at the top of the page was an IND subway station in New York. Come back during the Cherry Blossom festival in April then you can ride the full line up to the Park. The Downtown Part used to be an old canal , they converted it to the Subway back in the 30s , it has un-used spurs that will most likely become future Subway routes to Maplewood , Paterson and Elizabeth....
February 6, 201312 yr There's a possibility I'll be spending my last co-op in NYC this summer, and I've been giving some consideration to moving back to NYC once I'm done with grad school here in Cincinnati.
