Posted July 24, 201311 yr A brief discussion in the Random Cincinnati Developments thread about the quality (or lack thereof) of new urban development in Cincinnati got me thinking about just what companies are out there doing urban development in Ohio. I think it would be great if we could start a list of development companies throughout Ohio, or out of state companies who have worked in Ohio, so that information can be shared across the metros. I'll start us off with some companies that come to mind: Cincinnati Model Group: http://www.modelgroup.net Northpointe: http://www.northpointegroup.com Towne Properties: https://www.towneprop.com/TowneHome/Index.aspx Indianapolis Anderson Birkla: http://andersonbirkla.com Milhaus Ventures: http://www.milhausventures.com/development Core Redevelopment: http://www.coreredevelopment.com Columbus Wood Companies: http://www.woodcompanies.com CitySpace: http://sixtyspring.com
July 24, 201311 yr ^Good thinking. I know I've randomly forgotten the name of developers for project and have to search through the forums to find it. This could come in handy. Thanks.

August 2, 201311 yr Any knowledge of companies from Lexington, Louisville, Pittsburgh, or Detroit? Any others from Cleveland or Columbus? This has practical implications, as the company I work for is trying to build a database of urban minded development companies so that we can connect developers to development sites. Let's not let this thread die!
