The lines are all perfectly set up in the best areas. This line also goes right behind Lenox. The train next to 71 perfectly splits and goes by the airport and the other section goes downtown.
August 22, 2024Aug 22 Oh, they can definitely use those tracks if they wanted to. Ask Austin... "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers

August 22, 2024Aug 22 That was the basis for a COTA light rail ballot initiative that voters rejected in the 1990s. It included a line to Westerville along the proposed Green Line. It would've been fully operational by now....😢

November 9, 2024Nov 9 Snatched a quick one as I passed by Riverside yesterday evening. It was almost dark so it's kinda blurry but threw it in here anyways for anyone that hasn't got out that way lately

December 11, 2024Dec 11 Wow, didn't expect them to expand even more so quickly. It almost looks like a copy of the Nationwide buildings in Grandview Yard. I'm assuming these new buildings will go on the surface lots to the south of their existing buildings?

I really wish the kohls redevelopment area would go bigger than what they threw out a few years ago.

The construction fences for the demo are up and they started to cut in to the building to separate what's being town down and staying.
December 13, 2024Dec 13 New Building Planned on OhioHealth Campus OhioHealth announced this week a plan to build a new five-story building and attached parking garage at its David P. Blom administrative campus. The new building will sit just south of the two existing buildings on the campus, which is located south of North Broadway, near the Olentangy River. OhioHealth’s Riverside Methodist Hospital, where a $600 million expansion is currently underway, is located due west of the administrative campus, on the other side of State Route 315. The new building will hold an outpatient cancer center. All of the services currently offered at the Bing Cancer Center on the Riverside campus will move to the new building when it is complete, and Columbus Oncology and Hematology will also lease about 30,000 square feet of space in the facility. May 25May 25 Looks like the MOB on top of the garage is beginning to take shape. That will go up quickly since it’s a steel structure.
