They're both outta here revealed is an ostensibly late-1800s Western Reserve clapboard vernacular. Hopefully they keep the exterior authentic Looks like wooden (?)replacement is underway. Very exciting for Bridge Ave, will have outdoor coutyard between the 2 buildings CIA housing on Euclid (most recent at top) few, to several, weeks ago Some Ohio City works-in-progress Platform Beer / Plum on Lorain, and wonderfully-rehabbed corner bldg St Ignatius' acquisitions at 32nd & carroll Portside Bldg on W 9th, Portside Distillery on lower level ...and the future Fermentation Palace...

August 28, 201311 yr At the top are the latest pics of the CIA housing on Euclid. I know the beige and gray thing is not on everyone's wishlist but I think it works here. Especially as a replacement for the red paint on these bricks (not necesarily against red-painted bricks, but I am against the particular red that was used here)
August 28, 201311 yr Amazing what opening up entrance ways with large new windows does to old buildings. I don't get why so many were bricked or boarded up. It looks like shit and feels cold and foreboding.
