Anyone have any information? I'm looking at downtown options, and I think I'm pretty sold on Rosetta.

Welcome cleveland1988! We had a discussion thread on the Lofts at Rosetta but it succumbed to the Great UO Crash of 2013.

 

Ari Maron spoke to our TOD On Tap bar hop by transit tour last week. He said the last units will be occupied in September, but MRN started pre-leasing them last January. I would be very surprised if it's not completely leased by now, if not with a waiting list. Have you inquired about availability?
