I couldn't find a thread about conventions that are occurring at the convention center, only threads about the development.

Here are a few conventions I wanted to post that I havent seen posted yet.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Convention Heading for Cleveland

Dedicated to the regional economy in Northeastern Ohio, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is excited to be hosting its bi-annual convention in the new Cleveland Convention Center on November 5th and 6th.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Cleveland, the $465 million facility is already booked for dozens of events in 2013. The Howard Hanna Convention is one of the first to be held here.

In honor of the legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, the company’s event is themed “Howard Hanna Rocks the House – 2013 Live Convention.” The rockin’ real estate convention will bring agents, managers and staff from the company’s 147 offices located in Pennsylvania, Michigan, New York, West Virginia and Ohio into the city for two full days of fun and educational events.

Included in the convention are:

National real estate speakers such as Matt Ferrara, Jared James, Verl Workman and Burke Smith

Special exhibits from the Cleveland-based Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum

The Hanna Store (logo wear/items) set up as the famed “Studio 54”

“Vendor Village” with local and national vendors based on agent suggestions for lots of shopping, tech demonstrations/sales, self-improvement and fitness, cosmetics and photography.

First-Ever Cleveland Home + Remodeling Expo Booked in New Cleveland Convention Center for March 2014

CLEVELAND – Jan. 7, 2013 – Marketplace Events is pleased to announce the first-ever Cleveland Home

+ Remodeling Expo, taking place March 14-16, 2014 at the new Cleveland Convention Center. Exhibitors

of this three-day home improvement expo will showcase new and innovative trends and products in home

remodeling and design in a state-of-the-art venue, reaching Northeast Ohio consumers who are planning

their spring renovation projects.

Marketplace Events is also the producer of the popular annual Great Big Home + Garden Show, which

takes place at the Cleveland I-X Center. The 2013 show will take place on Feb. 2 – 10.
