Clearly a typo.

"(Does anyone know what's significant about this home? Anyone from or lives in Metro Cleveland should!)"

That would be the Van Sweringen mansion, correct?

And that was just their town home. Their country home is in Hunting Valley and called Daisy Hill, with its estate divided up into multiple properties with expensive homes built on them, too.

By the way, here's the most/least expensive in Lakewood, which has different districts and neighborhoods (Gold Coast, Birdtown, Madison Village, Clifton Park, downtown, West End) but all have the same zip code. Given this diversity, I'll post the most/least expensive for multi-family and single-family residences.

i hope thats a typo. for that much money, i would want the entire city of new albany or at least a 40 story building in downtown columbus with a 5 level penthouse suite!

there are lots in the new albany farms subdivision that are over $1 million themselves, just for the land! they are building quite a few new homes by the country club on southfield road and off of lambton park road, near stannage pass and molland court. i am sure most of these will go for $1 million, give or take

I actually live within a couple minutes walking distance of that mansion, its right on the lake too. However, its the only mansion in the area as most of the homes in that area are middle to lower middle class. There are actually mobile homes just down the road from it. There are a few nicer houses a little to the east and west though.

^That mansion is ugly, the design is just awful.

^Has that too been annexed? Holy mackrel!

This backs up to Renaissance, so yes.

I don't know, I'm looking at a 2005 map right now, and it looks like Middletown goes right behind and around the property.

You can also do a property search of homes in Franklin County. Les' house is by far one of the most expenisive I have ever seen. He pays close to $1,000,000 in taxes and his house is valued at about $47,000,000. Les lives in the New Albany Farms subdivision, along with the Rahals, Schottensteins, Kesslers and Wasserstroms. I live just down the street from him off of Lambton Park Road and our homes look tiny compared to those in New Albany Farms, but still as nice! If anyone is interested, go to www.newalbanyrealty.com to search for homes in New Albany.

I just cheked that site. One house is for sale.. The guy is asking for 70 million..lol

I used to be an agent at that brokerage and this listing is vacant land out near where The Longaberger Company is located in Northern Muskingum County. The price is actually $7,000,000. It's also listed on this site...

i live in berea and the most exspensive house for sale is the Baldwin Mansion and that is selling for 1.8 million,

I'll do Coshocton 43812 (my hometown) since someone already did New Albany.

Most expensive: $595,000 MLS#1393603

Least Expensive: $14,900 MLS#1400787

There is another listing in 43812 that's $750,000 but that includes a house and 124 acres (could be commercial) so I didn't include that one.

I've always felt there was a huge discrpency in Avon Lake.

Least Expensive: $89,900 MLS#2300336

Most Expensive: $2,950,000 MLS#2300278
