February 3, 201411 yr at first I wasn't even going to bother posting anything from this, but, well, since you did ...By far the coolest thing at this event were these digital kiosks (or whatever the correct term for them is. I didn't find out who sponsored/created them). Except their shapes eerily reminded me too much of the Twin Towers (did you ride the toboggan?)-- http://www.mainstreetpainesville.org/
February 3, 201411 yr no i wanted to ride the toboggan and to see the trophy, but the lines were like 4hrs yesterday. god knows today. i couldn't get near those kiosk things, too crowded, but at least i accidentally/randomly caught the mayor, so that was pretty cool. definitely add more pics if you got 'em!

Needless to say I didn't do the toboggan either. I walked by around 3:30 Friday and it was completely sold out for the rest of the day! People hoping to get on were pissed. The tickets must have been timed (who would wait in line for hours for this?? The trip down must have taken a whole five seconds, and they sent down one batch of people after another at what seemed like 15 or 30 second intervals, at what, $5.00 per person?). The set-up reminded me of an expanded version of the Over-the-Falls ride at Euclid Beach (for the very small handful of people here old enough to remember that :-() http://www.mainstreetpainesville.org/
February 3, 201411 yr ^ what, so now you are afraid uo is going to warp our youth? lol! besides, the thread is a subset of the website. i had no idea you had to pay for any of these activities, that is just absurd if true.

Did you line up for the Papa Joe's pizza? I think that actually was free. Who would wait in a line that long for Papa Joe's if you had to pay for it?? oops! my mistake! I think it was Papa John's. see how memorable it was! http://www.mainstreetpainesville.org/

February 3, 201411 yr Great pics. I've gone to two Super Bowl events (Detroit and Indy) and found them fun. A few things do cost money. There was a zip line thing in downtown Indy that was $10 or so, but that's understandable. As you can tell, these events are more entertaining than the game itself.
