You must be from Cincinnati...

Talk about exagerations and stereotyping. I like the anti-Republican stuff on ebola alot better, its more accurate and "smart."

I got a chuckle out of this. Interesting find.

Are we quoting people now?  My favorite Winston Churchhill quote would be, "Most beautiful inland city in America" in reference to Cincinnati.

And while we are at it here is one by our dear leader:

“Too many good docs are getting out of the business.  Too many OB/GYN’s aren’t able to practice their love with women all across the country.” – George W. Bush, Poplar Bluff, MO; September 6, 2004

"Any man who is under 30, and is not a liberal, has not a heart; and any man who is over 30, and is not a conservative, has no brains."

--Winston Churchill

I don't think that is quite right. Isn't it

If at 20 you are not a liberal, you have no heart and if at 40 you are not a conservative, you have no brains. ?

Come on now, you must mean Cincinnati Suburb (JUST KIDDING; I've learned my lesson, I don't want to get lynched anymore LOL)

But that Become a Republican was so funny; I haven't laughed that hard in a long time!  Yet, for some reason, I'm still not persuaded to become a Republican........

Yeah, yeah, whatever.  The Republicans may rule all branches of government at the Federal and State level, but we still rule in Flash animations.  It's tough to deal with, I know.

Well the city of Cincinnati is more progressive than conservative but there is no denying how conservative the burbs are here.

We also rule urban message boards... ;)

We also rule urban message boards...

Not so Monte  :whip:  Wasn't it the conservative bloggers who brought down Rather?  Ok, I take that back, Rather brought down Rather... or was it Mapes, but I digress.

Monte, you know me personally... if you didn't sense the sarcasm in that comment then I don't know what to tell you.

I was just beating the Clevelander's to it! ;)

URBAN message boards, not message boards or blogs in general.

And yes Cincy-Rise I know you were joking ;)

URBAN message boards, not message boards or blogs in general.

ah, tu-shea.

Ya know, the whole time while watching this all I could think about was Sean Hannity...  That man is probably the only reason I steer completely clear of the republican party.

Holy shit. That is the most comprehensively funny thing I have read in a long, long time.  Thanks for posting it!

^He also has a radio program, sometimes I agree, sometimes I don't, but he is usually a jerk.

Sean Hannity is from "Hannity and Colmes" on Faux News:

I love how Fox News is ripped on simply because they actually don't have a liberal bias.  In fact, in 2004, when reporting on the election, they were the absolute most fair to both sides than any other station.  I read a report on the number of positive versus negative comments and all but Fox were skewed.  Fox said more bad things about Bush than Kerry but only by a few % points.  The rest were overwhelmingly negative towards Bush.  Fox is more conservative than the rest, but only because the rest are so far left that there is only one way to go on the political spectrum, and that is closer to conservatism.  Fox is definitely the fairest.  Btw, I am not a republican or a democrat, so I dont have a particular bias although I did vote for Bush.

Wait.  Fox News is the FAIREST!?!?

and...CNN...is...far left???

There are NO NATIONAL NEWS stations in this country that are "far left" by anymeans.  If MSNBC or CNN are "far left," than the BBC must be "out of this world left."

"You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers

atlas, that isn't a very good measure of bias and fairness.  For example, would you consider an article or book that said the same % of negative things about say, Mother Theresa and Hitler to be fair and unbiased?  Unbiased means that all the facts, negative or positive, are presented fairly and completely.

^A liberal will never admit we are surrounded by a left media, just like a conservative will never admit Fox news is pretty right.

Anyway, it was kind of funny this summer: Our church was putting on this skit and there needed to be two camera men. One camera was labled CNN and the other FOX. No one would go near CNN and we had to change it to CBS before they would.

News is always going to be critical of those in power. That is one of its most important functions.
Agreed... I think this is being mistaken for "liberal bias" a lot lately.

But now that I've approved of that point, allow me to roll my eyes at this one:

This is no surprise considering the show is mostly made by Jewish people, and the fact that Arabs have no power in media.

Right, because Jews are incapable of learning about Arabs and always have an anti-Arab agenda.

^ I understand... but I think "non-Arab" is the key rather than "Jewish," "white," or any other particular label.  ANY subset of Americans that doesn't include Arabs is equally likely to misrepresent Arabs.

I realize you didn't mean to suggest that all Jews hate Arabs or anything like that, but it seemed a bit odd to explain negative Arab stereotypes using a Jewish stereotype of sorts.

Montecarloss Thanks for making our day up here! Cleveland sends some love south!
