Posted April 16, 201411 yr presti's at 53? punks. but seriously, a great list to have if you are going on a road trip: http://www.grubstreet.com/2014/02/101-amazing-doughnut-shops-around-america.html edit - oh wait its unranked and organized regionally which is definately the way to do it.
April 16, 201411 yr Bonomini in Cincinnati is pretty good - a real go to place for wedding cakes, too. Of course all the bakeries in smaller towns got completely ignored....
April 16, 201411 yr Of course all the bakeries in smaller towns got completely ignored.... I noticed that too.
April 16, 201411 yr I like that the Holtman's location in Loveland made the list. I'd wager that 95% of the people who go to the OTR location think that's the only one. Though anyone from Loveland will tell you that despite it's mailing address, that Holtman's is really in Goshen...

April 16, 201411 yr Of course all the bakeries in smaller towns got completely ignored.... I noticed that too. yeah but its only 101 - no doubt its a list that could go on and on
April 16, 201411 yr I love Presti's, but as far as donuts go, Biagio's in Eastlake is much better. +1 also Deluxe Pastry in Ravenna.
April 16, 201411 yr Another vote for Jack Frost donuts. Roughly twice a year I bring them into work and the next six months I'm getting demands for MORE MORE MORE!!
June 11, 201411 yr Cleveland's Brewnuts is on the list http://www.usatoday.com/story/experience/weekend/lifestyle/2014/05/29/10-best-donut-shops-usa/9721439/ However, I question the inclusion of Federal Donuts in Philly which is horrible and the exclusion of my favorite donut shop Stan's Donuts in Westwood - Best. Donuts. Ever!
June 11, 201411 yr Brewnuts are pretty awesome, but considering the source (USAToday).... me thinks some intern pulled a Google search for new up and coming donut trends and this came out of their fingers. (BTW - good to see you online again M2Cs)
