Ha! looks like Chuck's got a paint job. I never recall it being so bright, and there was never a sit down bar. Or a TV for that matter. I hate change! Stay the same forever and validate my memories, dammit! Dark, sticky wooden tables, and gravy fries!

 

To this day I can't hear 'Been Caught Stealin" or "Brown Eyed Girl' without having severe Chucks flashbacks.

If it's any consolation, it looks like a tube TV.

Thursday's Lounge by U of Akron and the long departed Mean Mr. Mustard's in Columbus are/were my favorite college bars.  I still stop into Thursday's every time I'm in Akron.
