Ahh... summer, how I miss thee.

Great pics mrnyc.

Hooray for muggy summer days!

You can "see" the heat in the pictures...the sun reflecting the hazy air, and the later pics look like they show some afternoon storms brewing.

winter needs to stop

great pics

what are you guys talking about? this has been the balmiest winter i can recall in cleveland!

nice photos though, thanks!

I've seen warmer for a whole season (1982-83, 1996-97 to name two), but it has been mild. Even if we get hammered the rest of the way, it can't change the fact that January was one of the warmest, if not the warmest on record.

Pass along my congratulations - Melamed-Riley is a great firm and they've done some top notch work.

She'll be moving into the Stonebridge Apartments which is a good choice. I know some of the Stonebridge condo owners have had some concerns, but the apartments seem fine. She'll be in walking distance to work (M-R is on West 9th). As with any urban setting, I would just recommend the usual "street smarts" and common sense.

That viaduct looks awesome

Mayday, I am wondering what issues the condos have had.  I am new to this site and have been using it to research places to move when I start a new job in Cleveland this spring.  I am interested in the downtown condo market.  Maybe you or some of your fellow posters could provide some insight, or point me to a thread that discusses this topic.  I am the single 20-something young professional type.  Thanks.  Great site!

did you know that the east bank of the flats is technically part of ohio city? not downtown?

No, the river is the dividing line.

It looks like you love your bridge pictures....and I like your style

I think the West Bank is.  I've never read, see or heard that the East Bank was.

I don't know what the weather is up there, but we reached 80 degrees here in Louisiana Wed-Fri.  :-D

I also see it's supposed to be in the 50s this week in Chicago for AAG.

Welcome to Cleveland DPod (or welcome back) there are a few threads about where to live in Cleveland.

Give the search bar a whirl

yeah, i had a typo, i meant west bank. i'm not a georgraphy/thinking major

Nice shots of the best location in the nation!
