Another update on the 250 S. High Street tenants from http://www.bizjournals.com/columbus/print-edition/2015/08/07/250-high-project-gets-first-tenant.html.  This Business First article is behind its paywall for now.  But it did break down the floor-by-floor tenants in the 135,000 sq. ft. of upper floor commercial space and 18,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space in the new $50 million building:

12th floor:  Amenity deck with rooftop patio, workout facility and community space

7 thru 11:  120 apartments (still under construction)

6th floor:  Dummen Group; Lextant Corp.

4 and 5:  Resource Marketing

3rd floor:  NBBJ Architects

2nd floor:  Coyote Logistics; 16,000 s.f. office space still available

1st floor:  Salt & Pine restaurant; 11,000 s.f. retail/commercial space still available

It's great that most of the office space is already leased. Hopefully they will start lining up tenants for their next project around the corner.

Resource/Ammirati (formerly known as Resource Marketing) held an official ribbon-cutting earlier this week for their new 54,000 sq. ft. offices located in floors 4 & 5 of the 250 S. High Street building.  Below is a link to the Business First report about this, which also contains more photos of the Resource offices and more information about the company, the 250 S. High Street project and how it fits into the on-going revitalization of the downtown core:
