This was about 8:30 a.m. and there were more pedestrians out in the area near the taller office towers. I am not saying Fort Smith is a lively place or anything, but these pictures probably show it a little more dead than the reality.

June 30, 201410 yr Interesting set... Without seeing this first, if I were to imagine what Fr. Smith, AR looked like, it would match up pretty close to this.
