March 19Mar 19 Texas developer plans to build 300-plus homes in Grove City "A Texas-based developer wants to build more than 300 new single-family homes in Grove City. Grove City Council Monday approved Forestar Group Inc.’s preliminary plans that show 349 single-family homes on 144 acres at the northeast corner of London Groveport Road and Jackson Pike. The plans break the site into two subareas separated by a naturally occurring stream and woodlands, according to city documents. The area to the north and east would have 266 homes, including one-story homes at a minimum of 1,500 square feet and two-story homes with at least 2,000 square feet. June 6Jun 6 Single-family homes, townhomes part of 266-unit project moving forward in Grove CityA residential development with more 250 new units is moving forward in Grove City.The community will add 266 units on 96 acres of farmland at the northwest corner of London Groveport and Borror roads, according to city documents.Though the plans were approved last year, the development was back before Grove City's planning commission Tuesday when two proposed lot splits on the property were approved.The development is spearheaded by Joe Ciminello of Ciminello Land Company, a public staff report showed.
