Posted July 20, 201410 yr <img src="http://www.columbusunderground.com/urbanliving/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/urban-living-tour1.jpg"> On Sunday July 27th, Columbus Underground is hosting our first ever "Urban Living Tour" here in Columbus where over a dozen apartment, condo and mixed-use residential buildings will all be hosting simultaneous open-house tours. Some are finished with model units to show, while others are still under construction and doing hard-hat tours. Many of the stops will feature refreshments and we have some other fun "amenity" stops along the way too (Coffee Shop, Yoga Studio, Brunch Bar, etc). The residential tour stops include: The Julian, Grant Park, Highpoint on Columbus Commons, The Keystone on the Yard (Grandview Yard), Flats on Vine, Flats II, The Heights at Worthington Place (virtual showroom), The Dennison (formerly The Leafydale), The Normandy, Yankee Lofts, Atrium Lofts, 199 South Fifth and 8 on the Square. July 29, 201410 yr Get us in the LeVeque Tower LOL!!! Definitely a goal for next year! Perhaps they'll be doing some of the residential conversions by then? They only have those 2 units at the top of the building and they're kind of hard to get to (take 2 elevators to get there!). Or maybe we can just tour the new hotel inside it? ;) We definitely want some others that are under construction too, like The Atlas, 250 High, Jeffrey Park, The View on High, The View on Fifth, Fireproof, Battery B, Grant Commons and The LC Riversouth. Maybe we could also sneak a peek inside the Columbus Museum of Art expansion? Lots of great ideas for next time!
