On Sunday July 27th, Columbus Underground is hosting their first ever "Urban Living Tour" in Columbus where over a dozen apartment, condo and mixed-use residential buildings will all be hosting simultaneous open-house tours. Some are finished with model units to show, while others are still under construction and doing hard-hat tours. Many of the stops will feature refreshments and CU will have some other fun "amenity" stops along the way too (Coffee Shop, Yoga Studio, Brunch Bar, etc).

 

The residential tour stops include: The Julian, Grant Park, Highpoint on Columbus Commons, The Keystone on the Yard (Grandview Yard), Flats on Vine, Flats II, The Heights at Worthington Place (virtual showroom), The Dennison (formerly The Leafydale), The Normandy, Yankee Lofts, Atrium Lofts, 199 South Fifth and 8 on the Square.
