I'm interested in playing pick-up or open gym basketball. Organized would be best, I don't want to play at a rec center with middle school aged children. I'm looking for competitive mid 20's open basketball throughout winter... Hope someone has some leads!!

It would help if we knew in what City/area you were looking for it...

I live in Broadview Heights currently but would be willing to go anywhere within a 30 minute radius. I'd go as far West as Avon/Westlake, east as far as Willoughby, south as far as Medina maybe even Akron... It's hard to find games in winter.

I imagine you can find pick-up games at just about any JCC or Y in the area.  But you might also want to look into some adult rec leagues.  Euclid runs (or used to run) a good rec league I played in shortly after college (Rich Paul used to play in this league).  I played in the 6 feet and under league, although many of us were a good bit over 6 feet.  I am 6'2 (in shoes ;)) and one of my teammates was close to 6'4.
