April 22, 201510 yr Great set. The building in the last picture has been repainted with a very colorful scheme.
April 22, 201510 yr That last building is a beauty. "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
April 22, 201510 yr Sad to see those theaters closed when the Quaker in New Phila has just been restored to its art moderne grace. I spent a year working in Bucyrus nearly a lifetime ago (1981), and it's sad to see how many buildings are gone, or going. The cool murals don't exactly make up for the losses.
April 22, 201510 yr One time a friend who was listening to one of those late night national radio traffic reports told me the announcer pronounced the name Bucky-russ. I guess he wasn't from Ohio--lol I didn't see your reply mrnyc--didn't know you beat me to it! maybe that really is correct! http://www.mainstreetpainesville.org/
