Posted July 7, 20159 yr Redirected from the Asiatown developments thread..... Does Tyler Village have residential units or is it all work space? I can't find much info regarding condos/lofts/etc in this area. Welcome! Tyler Village is a commercial development. No housing that I'm aware of. For-sale housing is very limited in/near Asiatown. Loftworks and Payne Avenue Lofts are the only two buildings offering for-sale units. For more, see: http://loftworkscleveland.com/ http://www.progressiveurban.com/getagent/Pages.php?Page=630431& Also check http://www.myclevelandcondo.com/ There are more loft-style buildings in/near Asiatown but they are apartments: http://www.2320lofts.com/ http://www.towerpress.com/ http://www.roygroupcleveland.com/1400.php (Live-work) I'm sure others here can think of more buildings. This side of downtown could certainly use more, and I'm aware that more buildings are being targeted for conversion to housing. July 8, 20159 yr I noticed on a wall inside Asia Plaza at least a dozen properties for sale or rent. At least I think they were. it was written in various Asian characters. Not sure if they were specific to lofts or specific properties.
July 8, 20159 yr Thank you both for this information! I recently moved back to Cleveland. Asiatown is one of my favorite areas by far.
